Arvind Karandikar is a Mechanical Engineer from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune (COEP).

He has over two decades of experience in diverse fields, holding several responsible positions including that of Manager, Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Regional Head, CEO and Director.

Arvind Karandikar's in-depth knowledge of the Global Solar Industry has empowered him to promote Renewable Energy Sources in India. He was an active member of CEO Working Group that recommended Changes to the MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) Government of India.
